LOMOUTIL'S SHIPPING POLICY: GUARANTEES, PROCESSES AND COMMITMENTS

PACKAGING AND INSURANCE:

Your purchases are packed with the greatest care, using protective materials. The attention we pay to packaging enables us to offer delivery in the best possible conditions. Shipped products are insured free of charge against damage and theft for the duration of transport. You must therefore check the integrity of your order and all the items in it when you receive the parcel, in the presence of the person making the delivery, in order to make any necessary reservations. If you have any doubts about the condition or content of the order, you must refuse the goods on receipt. Any product refused must be returned to the carrier in its entirety and in its original packaging.

IN THE EVENT OF ABSENCE:

If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. The first time, a telephone number will enable you to arrange a new delivery time. If, by misfortune, the second attempt fails, you then have 7 calendar days to collect your parcel from your regional post office. After 15 days, the parcel will return to the lomoutil.be depot.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF PARCELS:

Despite the computerised tracking of our shipments, it may very exceptionally happen that a parcel is mislaid. In this case, please contact our customer service department by e-mail :   internet@lomoutil.be

The following cases of major force in particular release lomoutil.be from its obligation to deliver: war, uprising, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied by suppliers or normal carriers.
